Doctoral Program (S3) Admission Requirements

Regular Track

• Print 2 (two) copies of the Online Registration Form
• Print 2 (two) copies of the Registration Document Checklist
• Print the Examination Card (1 copy must be brought at the examination)
• Minimum GPA: 3.00, or below 3.00 accompanied by one international publication, or three accredited national journal publications, or five non-accredited national journal publications which published in the journals that are not belong to the applicant’s home university/institution
• Pay the registration fee of IDR 500,000 via Bank MANDIRI / BRI / BNI / BTN / BANK JATENG using the Virtual Account Number (Online Registration Number).
• Provide 2 (two) copies of payment proof document.
• Provide 2 (two) copies of legalized diplomas and academic transcripts from previous education levels (Bachelor and Master Degree)
• Provide 2 (two) copies of Financial Guarantee Letter (form available on this page or via spmb.pasca.unsoed.ac.id).
• Provide 2 (two) confidential academic recommendations from academic advisor/supervisor/professional colleague using the official form, 2 (two) copies.
• Provide 2 (two) copies of color half-body photographs (red background, white long-sleeve shirt, black tie) size 4 x 6 cm
• Provide 2 (two) copies of Indonesian ID card (KTP) or a letter from the sub-district office if e-KTP is still in process.
• For foreign citizens, register at iro.unsoed.ac.id.
• Provide 2 (two) copies of Academic Potential Test (TPA) certificate with a minimum score of 450, valid for up to 2 years. Certificates may be issued by any official institution. TPA tests are regularly organized by Unsoed Graduate School(upap.unsoed.ac.id).
• Provide 2 (two) copies of English proficiency test certificate issued within the last 2 years the following requirements:
  • ETS TOEFL ITP with a minimum score of 500, or TOEFL iBT with a minimum score of 65;
  • IELTS with a minimum score of 5.5;
  • English Proficiency Test / TOEFL Prediction / similar certificates issued by recognized university or private language institutions, using an equivalent scoring scale.
• Provide 2 (two) copies of the latest study program accreditation certificate, with the following conditions:
  • The accreditation must be the latest onet, verified by a scanned certificate or print screen from the BAN-PT or LAM-PTKes official website.
  • If accreditation renewal is in progress, include a university letter confirming that the program is under reaccreditation process.
• Provide MoU / Cooperation Agreement / Scholarship Award Letter (for partnership applicants only), which is still valid.
• Provide 2 (two) copies of Dissertation Research Proposal.
• Provide 1 (one) scientific paper or publication.
• Provide Study Permit Letter (for applicants who are currently working as employer at institution or company).

Doctor By Research Track

• Print 2 (two) copies of the Online Registration Form.
• Print 2 (two) copies of the Registration Document Checklist .
• Print the Examination Card (1 copy must be brought at to the examination).
